Character Balance Note

Here are the details of the changes that have been applied during the March 10th patch update.

This development was applied for the convenience of every agent. Enjoy these updates right now in Closers!

Seha

Skill Changes
Point Blank – Skill effect change
1) When entering the “down” direction key it casts [Failed Grapple, Bombing] attack in the direction you are looking at.
2) After the [Failed Grapple, Bombing] attack, it is improved to enable the [Zero Distance Pursuit] attack.
Focus Fire – Skill effect change
1) The PVE damage factor of the Focus Fire Skill has been changed.
Passive: Bloom – Skill effect change
1) Damage increase 10% effect on Transcendent has been removed.
2) [Damage Bonus during Empowered State] The stats are changed from 20% to 25%.
EX Pulse Cannon -Advanced cube effect change
1) The cooldown reduction time is increased from 1 second to 3 seconds.

-Expert cube effect change
1) The [Ignition] buff is changed to be permanent.
2) The skill will activate at the first attack
* Skill improvements are not applied in PVP.

-Master cube effect change
1) Transcendent Damage Increase 15% -> Physical Damage 10% Master Cube Effect Change
Special Move: Supernova – Skill effect change
1) Damage increase scales with the duration skill.
2) The Chase judgment effect is applied in the Star Explosion stage 2 attack.
3) The Chase/Back Attack judgment effect is applied in Star Explosion 3rd stage attack.
Burst – Skill effect change
1) After promotion to Special Agent, the skill will always hit with Chase when using maximum alignment.
2. Damage of [Maximum Burst] increases according to the skill level of [Empowerment] and [Empowered State].
* Skill improvements are not applied in PVP.

Sylvi

Skill Changes
Phase Ductility – Added skill effect
1) If you use the [Phase Ductility] skill after changing your job as a Special Agent, the cool time of Special Move Skills decreases by 10 seconds (Excluding Task Force Skill).
2) [Total Psi Power +0.5% (+0.5% per skill level)] is applied.
Magnetic Infusion – Advance cube effect change
1) Removed Additional Physical Defense 15% / Additional Psi Defense 15% among Psyche Ward buffs
2) HP/MP 30% recovery when using Skill 
Psychic Satellite – Add skill effect
Press the “up” direction key while on the ground and it will auto air. It will also work other way around from the air to the ground.
Awakening: Psychic Satellite – Add skill effect
Press the direction “up” key on the ground and it will auto air. It will also work other way around from the air to the ground.
Space Elasticity – Add skill effect
1) If you press the “down” direction key on the ground or in the air then used this skill, the [Space Release] attack is activated immediately in front of you.
2) Damage is added while under the effect of [Phase Ductility] based on skill level.
3) The PVE damage factor of the Space Elasticity Skill has been changed.
Special Move: Rail Canon – Skill effect change
1) 80% damage reduction effect during skill casting -> Changed to invincible state
2) Air damage is applied even if you use a skill on the ground.

-When upgrading to Special Agent:
1) Special Move: Rail Cannon always hits with Chase.
2) Damage of [Finishing Flash] is greatly increased.
3) Skill improvements are not applied in PVP.
Wormhole Buffer – Master cube effect change
1) Upon reaching the EX Supercluster master cube, it casts [Unstable Current] attack when escaping from the wormhole.
* Skill improvements are not applied in PVP.
Special Move: Satellite Crash – Expert cube effect change
1) [Dimension Distortion] attack is added and the invincible effect is applied.
* Dimension Distortion does not occur in PVP.
Telekinetic Explosion – New effect added
-> When changing to Special Agent, [Psyche manipulation] attack is added.
* Psyche manipulation does not occur in PVP.

Yuri

Skill Changes
Yuri Slash! – Skill effect change
1) The skill name, motion, and effect are changed from the [Yuri Spiral] skill to the [Yuri Slash] skill.

-A master cube effect has been added.
1) The level of the [Yuri Slash!] skill will depend on the skill level of [Empowered State]
Special Move: Invincible Yuri – Skill’s basic effect is added.
1) Increase damage received debuff when hitting an enemy by 10%
2) Debuff duration is 20 seconds
3) [Special Move: Invincible Yuri] Skill level is added to the following skills.
* Enhancement target skill: [Supersonic Slash (Awakening is applied X)] / [Lunging Slash] / [Roundhouse Slash (Awakening is applied X)] / [Lightning Fast (Awakening is applied X)] / [Special Move: Yuri Special]
4) After attacking [Invincible Sword Draw!], the skill usage limit is lifted.

-Added master cube effect
1) When casting a skill, immediately initialize the cool time of the [Yuri Slash!] skill and decreases the cool time of the [EX Phase Flip] skill by 6 seconds.
2) Modified to be affected by Attack Speed
Special Move: Power Lunge – Add skill effect
1) When a skill is hit, Chase activates.

-Advance cube effect added
1) When back attacking, critical damage is increased by 100%.
Lightning Fast – Add skill effect
1) When casting a skill, 15% of the phase power is restored.

Misteltein

Skill Changes
Magic Lance: Niflheim 1. The movement speed reduction debuff has been deleted.
Special Move: Gungnir 1. When using a skill on the ground, the point where the camera direction was forcibly applied is removed.
Special Move: Valhalla’s Court 1. Expert effect improvement
-> Damage increase option is changed to always apply.
-> The cube effect is not applied in PVP.
Special Move: Yggdrasil 1. Advance effect change
-> The existing cube effect is deleted. (When using Yggdrasil as the first skill, skill cooldown decreases by 10 seconds)
-> Special Move: When using Gungnir, Ragnarok, Valhalla’s Court, Special Move: Yggdrasil’s cooldown is reduced by 5 seconds.
2. MP consumption is changed to 0.
3. Expert effect change
-> The existing cube effect is deleted. (Recovers 20% phase power per second for 20 seconds + 2 damage increase buffs)
-> HP/MP/Phase 5% recovery and 2 damage increase buffs per second for 20 seconds.
4. Master cube effect change
-> When using Skill, the ability to fill 100% HP/MP/Phase to you and nearby allies is added.
-> 3 damage increase buffs are applied.

Skill Changes
Clothesline 1. Function improvement
-> When attacking with a body blow, the critical resistance debuff increases from 10% to 30%.
2. Master cube effect improvement
-> When there is a [Special Move-Last Hurrah] buff, the effects of Grab and Downward Strike are enhanced.
-> Enhanced Grab and Downward Strike’s Attack Power: 6025%
* Skill improvements are not applied in PVP.
Special Move: Swan Song 1. Expert cube effect improvement
-> 100% critical hit rate when back attack / 20% increased damage when back attack / 80% critical damage increase effect is applied.
2. Master cube effect change
-> The ability to increase critical damage during a back attack is deleted.
EX Kung Fu Hustle 1. Advance cube effect improvement
-> If you have the buff effect [Special Move-Last Hurrah], you will always hit with Chase.

Punch Through 1. After using EX Kung Fu Hustle, the effect color of Dragon Kick when using Punch Through will be changed.
Neck Grab 1. The catching range has been improved. (about 30%)

Skill Changes
Enhancement: Lasso 1. New effect added
-> When changing to Special Agent, [Skill: Lasso]’s [Additional Strike] is removed, [Bind Up] / [Downward Strike]’s damage increases significantly, hits with [Chase], and hits with True Damage.
Enhancement: Endless Pursuit 1. Enter the “up” direction key, and when casting, immediately activates in place, and gains an invincible effect for a certain period of time after the skill ends.

EX Raven Chase 1. The damage of [Additional Hit-Aegis Breakthrough] is increased. (not applied in PVP)
EX Satellite Canis 1. The basic effect of skill is added. (not applied in PVP)
1-1. All attacks must be subject to the [Chase] roll.
1-2. [Starshine Halo] Attack coefficient is increased.
1-3. When the target’s health is below 20%, the damage is increased by 30%.

Advance cube effect changed:

Homing Antares When changing to Special Agent, the damage of [Flying Aegis] and [Red Giant] that are changed is greatly increased and hits with [True Damage].
The damage of Flying Aegis and Red Giant has been greatly increased. (not applied in PVP)
Orion’s Hunt When changing to Special Agent:
Damage is greatly increased.
Hydra’s Anger 1. Improvements when casting on ground or air:
Ground: Increase Attack Speed
Aerial: Immediately lands on the ground and attacks

2. Special Agent: [Ground Rift] two attacks that occur due to the effect of the master cube when changing job, the damage is greatly increased, [Chase] is always applied, and hits with [True Damage].
Meteor Jump When changing to Special Agent, the damage is greatly increased.

Skill Changes
Enhancement: Destructive Strike When changing to Special Agent, the damage is greatly increased.

Enhancement: Lion’s Roar When changing to Special Agent, the damage is greatly increased.
Lightning Dance

1. Expert cube effect change:
Confirmed Back Attack function is added.
2. Master cube effect change:
Divine Spear can be cast instantly by using Lightning Dance all the way.
3. Improvements have been made so that additional strokes are automatically released when using Lightning Dance: 12 consecutive strokes until the end even if no additional strokes are entered.
[Lightning Dance-Lightning] attacks hit with True Damage.
[Lightning Dance-Lightning] The attack coefficient has been lowered.

(In PVP, you can’t get a buff that can instantly cast Divine Spear.)

Phase Wave Bullet 1. Change the concept of skill: Continuous firing disappears and the phase transition is automatically activated.
2. The skill range and damage are greatly increased.
3. Super Armor Crash Level 1 is added.
4. Advance cube effect change: You will always get a Chase verdict.

The skill’s mana consumption is changed to 0.
When using a skill, it consumes 10 phase power.

Two Moons Master cube effect change:
Existing effects are deleted.

Additional hits apply a debuff that reduces 20% critical damage resistance for 10 seconds.
ex Sky Breaker Master cube effect added:
Whenever Ksana succeeds, you get Asura’s Blessing buff.
Buffs can be stacked up to 6 stacks.

Buff Level 1: Physical Critical Damage 10%, 10% increase per level. Up to 60% increase
Mantra After the skill is ended, air time is increased.
Karma

1. Fixed a point where the motion changes unnaturally in the air when no additional stroke is input.

 

2. The basic effect of the skill is added:
Always hit with [Aerial / Back Attack / Chase]. (not applied in PVP, but Aerial is applied)
Targets hit by [Yaksa’s First Hit] have their [Critical Damage Resistance] reduced by 20%, targets hit by [Yaksa’s Second Hit] increase [Received Physical Damage] by 10%. This effect lasts for 10 seconds. (PVP application X)

3. [Karma] attacks always hit with True Damage. (not applied in PVP)


4. Expert cube effect added:
Existing: Damage increased by 20% to enemies with more than 50% HP
Changed: Increases Damage by 20% to enemies with health over 50% + Increases Damage by 30% to enemies with health less than 50%


5. Master cube effect change:
The [Karma] coefficient is adjusted for a 50% increase.
Whenever the [Karma] attack is activated, the [Yacha King’s Descent] buff is acquired. (not applied in PVP)

Skill Changes
Freeze! 1. Added skill effect:
[Cold Attack] and [Snowflake Release-Enhancement] attacks are changed to Physical/Psi damage.
Damage increases by adding to the skill level of [Freeze!] as much as the skill level of [Special Move skill]. (Excluding Task Force Skill)
The PVE damage factor of the [Freeze!] skill is changed.
2. Snowflake Release’s hit requirement has been reduced from 30 hits to 24 hits.
3. Skill Damage is greatly increased.
 (not applied in PVP)
Ice Cage 1. Skill effect change:
[Cold Attack] and [Snowflake Release-Enhancement] attacks are changed to Physical/Psi damage.
It is changed to use the [Freeze!] attack at the same time as the [Snowflake Ride] attack.
2. When you burst the mark of Freeze, the mp/phase power recovery effect is applied.
Awakening: Ice Cage Skill effect change:
[Cold Attack] and [Snowflake Release-Enhancement] attacks are changed to Physical/Psi damage.

It is changed to use [Freeze!] attack simultaneously with [Ice Breaker Rampage].
Special Move: Sub-Zero Tango Master Skill Cube Effect Changed:
