    Steam DLC Issue

Hello Agents,

We have received reports that users are having issues obtaining the DLC package in Steam. After further investigation, the items from the DLC are received but not visible in the account’s delivery box.

A patch fix has already been completed and this will be applied during the maintenance process on March 24th.

Players who purchased DLC from March 10 to 24 should see their items back at their delivery box after the fix has been applied.
