    Scheduled Temporary Maintenance – June 24

Hello Agents,

This is to inform you with the following concerns that occurred after the June 23rd update. To correct the issues that will be mentioned below, we will be having a temporary maintenance during this schedule by time zone:

      • UTC: June 24, 2021 at 2:00 AM – 3:30 AM UTC
      • PDT: June 23, 2021 at 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM PDT
      • GMT+7: June 24, 2021 at 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM GMT+7

1st Concern: Content of the #8 1st Tab Chain Discount

The #8 1st Tab Chain Discount that should have a SS Guaranteed D Component: Costume appears to be providing a SS Guaranteed D Component: Gear box.

As compensation for this issue, we won’t be removing the SS Guaranteed D Component: Gear box which means that you will be getting two (2) items from the #8 1st Tab Chain Discount. Also, this will now be the default content of the #8 Chain Discount from now on.

      • For players who claimed the #8 1st Tab Chain Discount from the delivery box before the temporary maintenance that will happen to the said schedule, you will be receiving an SS Guaranteed D Component: Costume to your mail. This item will be sent during the maintenance.
      • For players who were not able to claim the #8 Chain Discount item from the delivery box, the item will automatically change to a x1 SS Guaranteed D Component: Costume + x1 SS Guaranteed D Component: Gear box during the maintenance.

2nd Concern: Cool Summer All-in-One Package

The All-in-One package should contain Normal D Component instead of SS Guaranteed D Component. We have temporarily removed the Cool Summer All-in-One Package from the store and we will update it correctly during the maintenance.

We have removed the incorrect item from users that were able to obtain it. Credits will be removed according to the amount that were already consumed. Further information about this will be explained to those who were affected in this issue.
