Character Skill Balance

Here are the details of the changes that will be applied during the September 8th patch update.

This skill balance development aims for the convenience of every agent. We look forward for you to enjoy these updates!

Common

Skill Changes
Transcendental Power
(Passive Skill)
1. All armor type damage increase option will be removed.
2. Physical/Psi Power will increase by +10 per skill level. (Skill Lv.10 – Physical/Psi Power +100)
3. Physical/Psi Crit Damage Bonus will increase by +2% per skill level (Skill Lv.10 – Physical/Psi Crit Damage Bonus +20%)
4. Attack Speed will increase by +0.5% per skill level. (Skill Lv.10 – Attack Speed +5%)

Seha

Skill Changes
Point Blank 1. All attacks of (Point Blank) always count as guaranteed Chase.
2. The attack speed of (Point Blank) will be increased.
3. The attack range of (Additional Bombing) / (Grab Fail – Bombing) / (Point Blank) will be increased.
4. The damage of (Additional Bombing) / (Grab Fail – Bombing) will be increased.
5. The damage of (Point Blank) will be increased.
6. Invincible effect will be added during (Grabbing Attack). (Except PvP)
Burst 1. (Ground Explosion) / (Target Explosion) count as Guaranteed Air Strike and Back Attack. (Except PvP)
2. Decrease of incoming damage by 40% is applied for its duration. (Except PvP)
3. The attack range of (Ground Explosion) / (Target Explosion) / (Maximum Burst) will be increased. (Except PvP)
Sky Slash 1. The range of all attacks of (Sky Slash) will be increased.
2. The description about (Sky Slash) skill will be added to Advanced skill. (addition of missing description)
Focus Fire 1. The description about (Focus Fire) skill will be added to Advanced skill.
2. The attack range of (Air Bombardment) will be increased.
EX Pulse Cannon 1. The range of all attacks of (EX Pulse Cannon) will be increased. (Except PvP)
EX Shock Wave 1. All attacks of (EX Shock Wave) always count as guaranteed Chase. (Except PvP)
2. The cooldown reduction of (Fire Grinder) will be added to the Master Cube effect. (Except PvP)
Special Move: Supernova 1. All attacks of (Special Move: Supernova) count as guaranteed Air Strike.
2. The damage of all attacks of (Special Move: Supernova) will be increased.
Special Move: Combustion 1. The attack range of (Fire Damage) will be increased.
Special Move: Sword Meteor 1. The description about (Special Move: Sword Meteor) skill will be added to Advanced skill.
2. The damage of (Slash) will be increased. (Except PvP)

Yuri

Skill Changes
Power Lunge 1. The skill effect is changed from (Decreases incoming damage by 80%) to (Invincible) during its duration.
EX Phase Flip 1. Guaranteed (Chase) effect will be added.

Misteltein

Skill Changes
Tempest 1. The damage of the skill will be increased. (Except PvP)
Einheri Mode 1. The description about Tempest will be added.
2. The description about Magic Lance Fenrir skill will be added.
Release 1. The cooldown of (Tempest) will reset when Release is used. (Except PvP)
2. The cooldown of the skill will be reduced. (Except PvP)
Magic Lance Midgard 1. Attack of Flame Storm (E Mode) always counts as (Back Attack). (Except PvP)
2. The damage of (Flame Storm (E Mode)) is increased. (Except PvP)
3. The cooldown of the skill will be reduced. (Except PvP)
Magic Lance Muspelheim 1. Attack of Whirlwind (E Mode) counts as guaranteed Back Attack. (Except PvP)
2. The cooldown of the skill will be reduced. (Except PvP)
3. When Expert Cube is unlocked, (Damage Bonus during Empowered State + 5%) effect is changed to (Damage Bonus during Empowered State + 10%) effect.
4. All attacks of the skill count as guaranteed Chase. (Except PvP)
Magic Lance Fenrir

1. When Expert Cube is unlocked, (Psi Defense Penetration Rate), (Psi Crit Rate) options are changed to (Back Attack Crit Damage Bonus), (Air Strike Crit Damage Bonus) options.
2. When Master Cube is unlocked, the option of decreasing max. HP is changed to an option of guaranteed Back Attack, Chase. (HP decrease and guaranteed conditional attack (Back Attack/Chase) option will not be applied in UNION Arena (PVP))

Awakening: Magic Lance Fenrir 1. The option of decreasing max HP will be changed to an option of guaranteed Back Attack, Chase. (HP decrease and guaranteed conditional attack (Back Attack/Chase) option will not be applied in UNION Arena (PVP))
Magic Lance Niflheim 1. Attack of Giant Frozen Fang (E Mode) counts as guaranteed Back Attack. (Except PvP)
2. The cooldown of the skill will be reduced. (Except PvP)
To Me! 1. Psi Crit Rate Bonus option will be changed to Back Attack Crit Damage Bonus option.
Laevateinn 1. Executes as Sword of Frenzy each time this skill is cast.
2. The attack damage of (Sword of Frenzy) will be changed.
EX Air Lance 1. The cooldown of the skill will be reduced. (Except PvP)
EX Aegis Rush 1. The attack range of the skill will be increased.
EX Mjolnir 1. The attack range of the skill will be increased.
2. The attack speed of the skill will be increased.
Special Move: Gungnir 1. All attacks of the skill count as guaranteed Back Attack.
2. When Master Cube is unlocked, (Psi Crit Damage Bonus +15%) effect is changed to (Psi Crit Damage Bonus +30%).
3. When Master Cube is unlocked, (Air Strike Damage Bonus +15%) is changed to (Air Strike Damage Bonus +30%).
Special Move: Yggdrasil 1. The damage of the skill will be increased. (Except PvP)
2. The description about Magic Lance Muspelheim is added when Advanced Cube is unlocked
Special Move: Ragnarok 1. The damage coefficients of additional AoE explosions will be changed.
2. When Expert Cube is unlocked, Psi Defense Penetration Rate 20% effect and its description is removed.
3. When Expert Cube is unlocked, Psi Crit Damage Bonus 20% buff effect is added.
4. Guaranteed Chase effect will be added.

J

Skill Changes
Sonic Jab 1. The option of (Zenith), 30% more damage on targets with 50% or less HP, will be changed to 30% more damage on targets with 10% or less HP.
2. Damage of (Zenith) will be adjusted.
3. (Physical Defense Penetration Rate) option of (Sound from My Hands) will be changed to (Air Strike Crit Damage Bonus) option. (+3% per stack)
4. The option of Expert Cube will be changed to (Back Attack Damage Bonus +30%).
5. Double Zenith of Expert Cube will be changed to Zenith.
6. The damage of (Zenith) is increased according to the level of (Special Move: Last Hurrah), (Special Move Second Prime) skill.
7. A straight attack is executed from the air, and the attack direction is changed by 30 degrees when pressing the Down key.
8. The damage coefficients of (Punch) attack will be changed.
Clothesline 1. The movement distance can be adjusted by pressing a Forward key.
2. The movement distance of (Grab and Downward Strike) can be adjusted with a direction key if using the skill without pressing a Forward key.
(Casts on the spot if no direction key is pressed) (Except PvP)
3. The attack range of (Grab and Downward Strike) will be increased. (Except PvP)
4. Adds Super Armor Lvl. 5 during (Grab and Downward Strike). (Except PvP)
5. All attacks of the skill count as guaranteed Air Strike.
6. The damage of (Grab and Downward Strike) will be increased. (Except PvP)
7. (Triple Zenith) will be unified to (Zenith).
Improved Constitution 1. The description of Anti-Hit the Deck will be added.
2. The description of Neck Grab will be added.
3. The description of Full Body Massage will be added.
Empowered State 1. (Physical Defense Penetration Rate) option will be removed, and (Physical Crit Damage Bonus) option will be increased by 25%.
Punch Through 1. The range of (Dragon Kick) will be increased. (Except PvP)
2. The maximum stacks of (Dragon Kick) will be increased to 3.
3. The stacks of (Punch Through) will be increased to 2. (Except PvP)
Neck Grab 1. When Master Cube is unlocked, (Physical Defense Penetration Rate) option is changed to (Physical Crit Damage Bonus +30%).
2. The range of the skill will be increased. (Except PvP)
3. The duration of Super Armor is increased when executing Grab Fail attack.
4. The description of (Grab Fail – Punch) in the Skill Details will be changed to (Grab Fail).
Groundbreaker 1. When Expert Cube is unlocked, (Physical Defense Penetration Rate) option is changed to (Air Strike Damage Bonus +15%).
2. (Nail Down) gets to have an enemy-homing effect when using the skill while pressing the Up key.
Full Body Massage 1. The skill cooldown will be reduced.
2. The movement Speed is increased while casting. (Except PvP)
Anti-Hit the Deck 1. The advancing distance of the skill can be adjusted by pressing a direction key. (Except PvP)
2. The attack range of (Double Hook) will be increased. (Except PvP)
3. (Triple Zenith) will be unified to (Zenith).
4. The damage coefficients of (Double Hook) will be changed.
5. The damage coefficients of (Uppercut) will be changed.
EX Kung Fu Hustle 1. The skill counts as guaranteed Back Attack. (Except PvP)
2. The damage of the skill will increase. (Except PvP)
3. When Master Cube is unlocked, the maximum stack of (Dragon Kick) is changed from 1 to 2.
4. Obtains 2 stacks available for Dragon Kick when casting the skill.
EX Omega Rush 1. The duration of (Don’t Look Back) buff will be increased. (10 sec -> 30 sec)
2. The cooldown of the skill will be reduced. (Except PvP)
3. The movement speed while using the skill will be increased. (Except PvP)
4. The attack speed will be applied to the skill. (Except PvP)
EX Biomagnetism 1. The damage coefficients of (Energy Wave) will be changed.
2. (Energy Wave) attack will be shown in (Skill History Details).
3. Becomes (Invincible) during the skill duration.
4. Becomes (Invincible) for 2 seconds after the skill duration. (Except PvP)
Special Move: Morning Aerobics 1. The attack range of the skill is increased when used in the air. (Except PvP)
2. The description of Wild Attacks (when used in the air) will be added to the Skill Details.
Special Move: Last Hurrah 1. The damage of (Release Fighting Spirit) will be increased.
2. (Release Fighting Spirit) counts as guaranteed Back Attack and Chase.
3. (Trace of Heyday) buff is added when using the skill. (Physical Power 300, Physical Crit Damage Bonus +5% / Physical Power 300 per stack, Physical Crit Damage Bonus +5%)
4. 1 stack of (Punch Through) is increased when using the skill. (Except PvP)
5. Physical Damage Dealt of (Last Hurrah) buff will be increased. (10% -> 15%)
Special Move: Swan Song 1. (Physical Defense Penetration Rate) option of Master Cube will be changed to (Air Strike Crit Damage Bonus +15%).
2. The damage of (Storm) will be increased. (Except PvP)
3. (Storm) counts as guaranteed Back Attack. (Except PvP)
Special Move Second Prime 1. The attack speed will be applied to the skill.
2. When Master Cube is unlocked, the cooldown of (Special Move: Last Hurrah) is upgraded from 15 sec reduction to reset.
3. (Cancel) skill will be able to be used while using the skill.
4. The damage coefficients of (First Phase Class) will be changed.

Nata

Skill Changes
Endless Pursuit 1. Improved so that the first attack will be affected by pressing a direction key when casting the skill. 
Night Hunt 1. Improved so that the first attack will be affected by pressing a direction key when casting the skill.
2. The cooldown of the skill will be adjusted.
Lunatic Explosion 1. All attacks of the skill count as Chase. (Except PvP)
EX Torrent of Pain 1. All attacks of the skill count as Chase. (Except PvP)
2. The cooldown of the skill will be adjusted. (Except PvP)
EX Guillotine 1. All attacks of the skill count as Chase. (Except PvP)
EX Punishment 1. Resolution of (Super Close Slash) will be adjusted.
2. The damage of (Super Close Slash) will be increased. (Except PvP)
3. The attack range of (Super Close Slash) will be increased.
Special Move: Fiery Fiend 1. Stat of Fiery Fiend buff is increased according to the skill level.
Physical Crit Damage Bonus per skill level: +3%
Back Attack Crit Damage Bonus per skill level: +2%
Damage Dealt Increase per skill level: 1%
2. (Condense Phase Force), (Release Rampaging Phase Force), (Release Rampaging Phase Force) attack counts as guaranteed Chase.
3. The damage of (Release Rampaging Phase Force), (Release Rampaging Phase Force) will be increased.
Special Move: Infinite Hell 1. When promoted to Special Agent, cooldown reset of (EX Torrent of Pain) is added if using (Wild Charge) until the end. (Except PvP)
2. The damage of (Wild Charge) will be increased. (Except PvP)
3. Master Cube option will be changed.
3-1. Avichi Hell buff will be removed.
3-2. Stats that can be obtained by Avichi Hell buff will be included in Infinite Hell skill.
(As the level of Infinite Hell is increased, Physical Crit Damage Bonus and Back Attack Crit Damage Bonus are increased.) (Always applied)
Special Move: Purgatory 1. The damage of (Phase Force Storm) will be increased. (Except PvP)
Special Move: Fireworks 1. When Master Cube is unlocked, (Physical Defense Penetration Rate) option is changed to (Air Strike Crit Damage Bonus +10%).

Levia

Skill Changes
Mamushi Swamp 1. The description of Master Cube will be changed.
(Damage on all types +5% -> Psi Incoming Damage 5%, Incoming Damage 5%)
EX Horn Smash 1. The character will face the opposite direction at every end of action.
EX Fang Stab 1. The skill will be affected by the attack speed.
2. (Otherworldly Venom Fang) attack that is enhanced after consuming Apophis will be changed to Direct Damage.
3. The damage coefficients of (Otherworldly Venom Fang) attack that is enhanced after consuming Apophis will be changed.
Special Move Judgment Star 1. The damage coefficients of (Ultra High Temperature) attack will be changed.
2. The damage coefficients of (Judgment) attack will be changed.

Harpy

Skill Changes
Ventus Impact 1. The damage coefficients of (Bonus Charge) will be changed.
EX Zephyr Combination 1. The skill will cast faster as the casting period will be reduced from 2 seconds to 1 second.
2. The damage coefficients of (Wild Attacks) attack will be changed.
EX Sonic Boom 1. The effect of damage scaling by HP will be removed from Master Skill Cube.
2. New Effect: When executing (Downward Kick) attack, (Kawaragoma) attack is executed and the (Kawaragoma) attack counts as Direct Damage.
Special Move: Fortuna Revelation 1. In the effect of Expert Skill Cube, 33% rate is increased to 80%.

Tina

Skill Changes
Close Combat 1. The effect of damage scaling by HP will be removed from Master Skill Cube.
2. (Deep Stab) attack and (Shotgun Slash) attack always count as (Back Attack).
Heat Shot 1. The required number of (Heat Shot – Stage 2) Overheat stack will be changed from 3 to 1.
2. The required number of (Heat Shot – Stage 3) Overheat stack will be changed from 6 to 3.
Phantom Snipe 1. (Heat Shot) skill is reset when using (Phantom Snipe) skill after advanced to Special Operative. (Except PvP)
Rapid Fire 1. Becomes invincible when casting. (Except PvP)
Imaginary Horizon 1. Obtains the maximum stacks of (Battlefield Adaptation) upon resurrection.
EX Sharp Shooting 1. The next attack will automatically be executed even without pressing the skill key repeatedly.
EX Close Combat 1. The damage coefficients of (Explode C4) attack will be changed.
2. All attacks always count as (Back Attack).
Special Move: Fatal Device 1. The duration of (Remote Aiming Support) will be increased. (50 sec -> 100 sec)
2. Adds an additional Mini Laser when casting (Heat Shot – Lvl. 3 Air Attack) skill for the duration of (Remote Aiming Support).

Violet

Skill Changes
Help Me, Hyde! 1. Advanced Skill Cube effect will have an additional explanation that it’s disabled in UNION Arena.
2. Expert Skill Cube effect will be changed.
(Inflicts 30% more damage on targets having 80% or more HP. -> Inflicts 30% more damage on targets having 50% or more HP.)
3. The effect of damage scaling by HP will be removed from Master Skill Cube, and new effect will be added.
(New Effect: Inflicts Physical Damage with the same damage coefficients as Psi Damage.)
Hyde! – Tornado Cyclone Kick! 1. The effect of damage scaling by HP will be removed from Master Skill Cube.
2. Decrease in Crit Resistance will be changed from 10% -> 20%.
Exceed: Charge 1. The cooldown of the skill will be reduced.
2. Recovery amount of Phase Force upon using the skill will be changed from 10% to 25%.

Wolfgang

Skill Changes
Breaking Strike 1. When Expert Cube is unlocked, (Damage Increase on Heavyweights / Buildings / Transcendents) option is changed to (Air Strike Crit Damage Bonus / Back Attack Crit Damage Bonus / Chase Crit Damage Bonus) +10% option.
Dark Portals 1. Becomes (Invincible) for 2 seconds when using the skill.
2. (Chase) effect is applied when Expert Cube is unlocked.
Dark Matter 1. When advanced to Special Agent, the damage coefficients of (Dark Matter) is changed.
2. When advanced to Special Agent, the damage coefficients of (Ward Release) is changed.
Iron Teeth 1. When advanced to Special Agent, the damage coefficients of (Legion’s Spear Stab) is changed.
2. When advanced to Special Agent, the damage coefficients of (Legion’s Spear Reverse Stab) is changed.
Assimilate – Waning Moon Strike 1. The cooldown of the skill will be reduced.
2. When Advanced Cube is unlocked, the combo attack by additional input is automatically triggered.
Book of Release 1. (Foggy Moon Strike) attack will automatically be executed after (True: Aggressive Strike) (True: Red Lotus Strike) (True: Storm Strike) attack of Summon – Eligos skill is cast.
Special Move: Belial 1. The cooldown of the skill will be reduced.
Special Move: Inferno 1. The cooldown of the skill will be reduced.
Special Move: Release Shub 1. After Expert Cube is unlocked, the cooldown of (Special Move: Release Shub) and (Assimilate – Waning Moon Strike) is reduced by 7 sec each time (Special Move: Belial) is cast.
2. After Expert Cube is unlocked, the cooldown of (Special Move: Release Shub) and (Assimilate – Waning Moon Strike) is reduced by 7 sec each time (Special Move: Inferno) is cast.

Soma

Skill Changes
Two Moons 1. All attacks of the skill count as guaranteed Chase. (Except PvP)
2. The damage of all attacks of the skill increased. (Except PvP)
Lightning Dance 1. The damage of (Lightning Dance – Thunder) will be increased. (Except PvP)
2. The description of Master Cube will be changed. (Increases duration of Indra’s Authority: Divine Spear to 30 seconds.)
Rakshasa’s Karma 1. The damage of all attacks of the skill increased. (Except PvP)
EX Sky Breaker 1. The cooldown of the skill will be reduced. (Except PvP)
Special Move: Divine Light 1. The skill will be affected by the attack speed.

Seth

Skill Changes
Seal of Selket 1. The damage of (Thorn), (Super Thorn), (Thorn Explosion) will be increased. (Except PvP)
2. The cooldown of the skill will be reduced. (Except PvP)
3. Casting speed of the skill will be increased. (Except PvP)
Neith’s Arbitration 1. The damage of (Wild Claws), (Wild Claws – Two-Handed Clawing) will be increased. (Except PvP)
Wild Nature Release 1. The skill will be affected by the attack speed. (Except PvP)
Thoth’s Collection 1. The damage of (Stab) will be increased. (Except PvP)
Bastet’s Mercy 1. The skill will be affected by the attack speed. (Except PvP)
2. The damage of (Upward Strike), (Rake) will be increased. (Except PvP)
3. The attack range of (Charge) will be increased. (Except PvP)
Apophis’s Confinement 1. The distance of forced movement is adjusted when using the skill.
2. Becomes invincible when casting. (Except PvP)
Isis’s March 1. The skill will be affected by the attack speed. (Except PvP)
Medjed’s Stare 1. All attacks of the skill count as Chase. (Except PvP)
2. The damage of (Thorn Spear), (Thorn Spear – Kick Out) will be increased. (Except PvP)
EX Horus’s Attack 1. When Advanced Cube is unlocked, a cooldown reset of (EX Horus’s Attack) is added if using (Wild Nature Release). (Except PvP)
2. (Chase) effect will be added to all attacks of the skill. (Except PvP)
EX Nephthys’s Grace 1. When Advanced Cube is unlocked, (Grr!) is automatically cast after (Chain Pull).
EX Anubis’s Judgment 1. The required number of skill chains of Expert skill is lowered from 3 to 2.
2. Chase will be added to all attacks of the skill. (Except PvP)
Special Move: Ennead’s Rest 1. The last motion of the skill will be affected by the attack speed.
2. The movement distance is reduced when using the skill.
3. (Chase) effect will be added to all attacks of the skill.
4. The damage coefficients of the skill will be increased.
Special Move: Osiris’s Death 1. The cooldown of the skill will be reduced. (Except PvP)
2. The skill will be affected by the attack speed. (Except PvP)
3. The attack range of the skill will be increased. (Except PvP)
Special Move: Obelisk’s Consecration 1. As the skill level is increased, Psi Crit Damage Bonus of (The First Obelisk) is increased.

Mirae

Skill Changes
Twilight Slash 1. The damage of the skills except for (Shadow – Twilight Slash) will be increased.
2. When Expert Cube is unlocked, guaranteed Chase is added.
Duskify 1. The damage of (Dusk – Release) will be increased.
2. Max. stack number of (Dusk) buff will be reduced. (30 -> 20)
3. Stat Increase amount of (Dusk) buff will be increased.
Azure Wail 1. The damage of (Draw Sky), (Call Sky) will be increased.
Stargaze 1. The damage of (Starlight Flutter – Final) will be increased.
Special Move: Curtain of Shadows 1. All damages of the skill will be increased.
2. The skill will be affected by the attack speed.

Cheolsu Kim

Skill Changes
(Mercy) – Finishing Move 1. When Master Cube is unlocked, all attacks of the skill are changed to guaranteed (Air Strike / Back Attack / Chase). (Always applied regardless of Stance Enhancement)
2. When Expert Cube is unlocked, Air Strike Crit Damage Bonus option is added. (Air Strike Crit Damage Bonus +15%)
3. When advanced to Resolver, all attacks of the skill count as Direct Damage.
(Mercy) – Desperado 1. The skill will always be enhanced regardless of Stance.
2. The damage of the skill will be adjusted.
3. The casting period of the skill will be adjusted.
Tactical Stance 1. The damage of (Pistole Fire), (Shotgun Outburst) will be increased.
(Mercy) – Ricochet 1. An issue where damage was not increased by the target’s HP when using (Enhancement – Flubber) will be fixed.
2. An issue where the damage according to the target’s HP was increased more than the skill description when using (Maneuver – Pulverize) will be fixed. (Damage increase by 50% to targets with less than 50% HP -> Damage increase by 30% to targets with less than 50% HP)
